Han Widjaja Chen, CCIM

Han Widjaja Chen is the founder and president of Growth Investment Group, a commercial real estate investment brokerage company that specializes in multifamily investments in Los Angeles with a focus in the San Gabriel Valley area. He led a successful team of specalized commercial real estate agents that have helped many GIG clients multiply their wealth through apartment sales. As of Q1-2021, his team has sold over $1.373billion of closed transactions. Many active real estate agents/brokers have hired Han’s team to help them sell their apartment properties.

Han’s humble commercial real estate career begins in 2007 with Colliers International. He quickly became the top multifamily agents at Colliers International Los Angeles. After 4-years tenure with Colliers International, Han became one of the principals/ shareholders in 2012 at Lee Associates ISG where he also became #1 multifamily agent at the company. After seeing his clients’ needs for a more responsive and personalized approach to multifamily investments, Han decided to found Growth Investment Group in 2014 in a strategic alliance with KW Commercial in Pasadena. During his partnership with KW Commercial Pasadena, Han once again became #1 multifamily broker in the company.

In order to provide his clients a more entrepreneurial engagement, Han decided to operate GIG as its own company independent from any national franchises affiliation. Since its full inception, GIG has multiplied its client’s net worth through multifamily investments and quickly becoming the top multifamily boutique firm in San Gabriel Valley.

Even though he started his commercial real estate career only about 14 years ago, Han was able to build his own multifamily portfolio in San Gabriel Valley and now offers his clients unique and professional insights of the apartment market, operations, and management as a fellow multifamily investor. His approach of partnering with his clients to maximize their property value to achieve their goals has earned him trusts and continued businesses from his many clients.

Justin McCardle

Justin McCardle specializes in the sale of multifamily properties throughout Los Angeles County, with a focus in the North and Northeast LA areas. His in depth market knowledge and hard work have enabled him to successfully close many transactions in the area. Through consistent effort and dedication, Mr. McCardle has established long term relationships with his clients, many who are large players in the Commercial Real Estate world.

His work ethic and drive stand out among other agents. He is always willing to go the extra mile in negotiating, problems solving, and doing what it takes to look out for the needs and best interests of his clients. Jeanelle Mountford

Jeanelle Mountford

Jeanelle Mountford has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2004. She began her career managing and marketing her family's portfolio. She then sold for the largest developer in Nevada. She was consistently recognized as one of the top salespersons. In 2007, she was awarded for generating the highest sales volume in the Las Vegas Valley.

Raised in La Crescenta and a graduate of Glendale High School, Jeanelle stays true to her area and passion. She specializes in the Glendale, Burbank, and North Hollywood apartment markets. She has built lasting business relationships in her community. She represents investment clients ranging from sales, purchases, and 1031 exchanges of smaller multi-family properties to larger multi-million-dollar apartment complexes and retail shopping centers.

Formerly a registered nurse, Jeanelle was hand-selected to be a part of USC's surgical training program at Keck Medical Center. She completed her nursing education with Honors. She has a strong commitment to excellence, client advocacy, and holds a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Marc Scwhartz

Marc Scwhartz

Marc Schwartz has been active in real estate since 2006; his areas of expertise include finance and commercial real e-tate sales. A native Angelino, Marc served in the United States Army and then went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Mar-keting while working part time for a major asset management fund that worked closely with leading retail developers and property management companies. He has leased numerous retail spaces and industrial properties but has a found a niche in the multi-family sector of commercial real estate.

In addition to his expertise in the multi-family market, Marc places great emphasis on providing the best service possible for all of his clients through hard-work and perseverance. His dedication towards reaching this goal has garnered him life-long relationships with his clients who entrust him to help them reach their commercial investment goals.

Marc leverages his extensive network of business relationships to service his clients in finding the best deals and helping selers find the most-qualified buyers.
