  • We first met with Han Widjaja Chen when we bought our apartment properties in San Gabriel Valley around 5-6 years ago. Since then, we have bought additional properties in Los Angeles County and have fostered good relationships with many active real estate brokers and agents.

    When our family decided to exit California apartment market altogether, we were facing an option of hiring multiple brokers to sell each building or hire one great broker. At the end of the day, after seeing Han’s approach to selling apartment buildings and how he has successfully helped his other clients getting good price for their apartments, we decided to hire Han as our exclusive listing agents to sell all the apartments in our portfolio.
