  • We want to thank you for your help in selling our vacant retail property in Pasadena. Our family had owned this property since 1988, and it was just the time for us to sell it. We reached out to you for a valuation and then shortly after that we agreed to list it with you. The building is a fixer upper, and you explained to us how you arrived at your pricing.
