  • We first met with Han Widjaja Chen when we bought our apartment properties in San Gabriel Valley around 5-6 years ago. Since then, we have bought additional properties in Los Angeles County and have fostered good relationships with many active real estate brokers and agents.

  • I initially listed this apartment building with KW Commercial broker. After several months the property being in the open market and not sold, I decided to pull it out of the market. Han Widjaja Chen then reached out to me and introduced himself as the apartment specialist in the area.
