  We first met with Han Widjaja Chen when we bought our apartment properties in San Gabriel Valley around 5-6 years ago. Since then, we have bought additional properties in Los Angeles County and have fostered good relationships with many active real estate brokers and agents.

  When our family decided to exit California apartment market altogether, we were facing an option of hiring multiple brokers to sell each building or hire one great broker.   I initially listed this apartment building with KW Commercial broker. After several months the property being in the open market and not sold, I decided to pull it out of the market. Han Widjaja Chen then reached out to me and introduced himself as the apartment specialist in the area.
