  • Han Widjaja Chen initially provided us with an aggressive opinion of value for our property. We invited other brokers to bid for the business as well. We decided to exclusively list our property with Han Widjaja Chen due to his professionalism and aggressive pricing.

    Within short period of time we received multiple offers. The first several offers were low compared to our expectation; however, Han was able to leverage those offers and secured an offer that is very close to asking price.

    The transaction itself took longer than usual due to various hurdles with the buyer’s loan and the fact that we have 3 other family members as part of ownership.
